This is the tail of the lonely brony, someone who wanted friendship but was to shy to attain it. Probably plenty of such people out there sadly. It's also the second Maressey track and a ponified cover of The Smiths original.

Credits: This is Zatslol's second vocal appearance for us and he did the fantastic chorus guitar and part of the reverse reverbed "siren" guitar. www.youtube.com/user/z...

Andante Skie did the tremolo guitar throughout the track (sidechained to the 1/2 drums he also added).

And I Freewave did the rest of the stuff 1/2 drums, 2 basses, part of the siren guitar, additional instruments, and mixing. Was a lot of fun doing all the different parts for a track that has a load of complicated effects to replicate. No sampling done ;)

Bronified Lyrics:
Celestia's the sun
Dash is the air
but I have a shyness that is criminally vulgar
I am the son and heir
of nothing in particular

You shut your mouth
how can you say
I like the show in the wrong way
I am human and I need to be loved
Just like everybody else does

Celestia's the sun
Dash is the air
but I have a shyness that is criminally vulgar
I am the son and heir
of nothing in particular

You shut your mouth
how can you say
I like the show the wrong way
I am human and I need to be loved
Just like everybody else does

There's a meetup, if you'd like to go
you could meet somebody who really loves you
so you go, and you stand on your own
and you leave on your own
and you go home, and you cry
and you feel like Fluttershy

When you say friendship's gonna happen now
well, when exactly do you mean?
see I've already waited too long
and all my hope is gone

You shut your mouth
how can you say
I like the show the wrong way
I am human and I need to be loved
Just like everybody else does

"How Soon Is Now?" is a song originally by the British alternative rock band The Smiths. It was originally a B-side of the 1984 single "William, It Was Really Nothing". "How Soon Is Now?" was subsequently featured on the compilation album Hatful of Hollow and on US, Canadian, Australian and Warner UK editions of the group's second album Meat Is Murder (1985). It was belatedly released as a single in the UK in 1985. You can get that original here itunes.apple.com/us/ar...
