Jeeeez... Can anyone say "longest hiatus ever"?! :I
Uuuuh... so... almost a year between songs... ya, that ones on me... my baaad.

But if it makes it any better, I only spent like half of that time sitting around playing video games hehe... The other half was spent learning how to make a not so great lyric video, trying to make a new guitar tone, and working with a couple of super cool badasses to make this song. :D

So a while ago... The fimfiction writer known as FamousLastWords sent me a message asking if I would write a song about a story he was writing. And seeing how a story about "Equestria being on the verge of destruction, and little ol' Spike having to time travel back to save the world" sounds cool as hell!... You can bet your sweet ass I said yes! xD

So you guys def need to go check out this story pronto!!!

And after a while of workin on this project, Mr. FamousLastWords went and did some crazy sh*t by getting the band Invent, Animate to give my channel a shoutout!

So to pay him back for this crazy awesome deed, I decided to try and put the most effort I possibly could into this song! ...Which involved a good chunk of time spent on creating a new guitar tone using some new LePou Poulin amp and cab vsts.. An even bigger chunk of time learning how to create a basic lyric video (which I realize is probably not the best, but I promise I'll get better!!!)... and calling upon Pencil Eraser and his sweet, sweet voice to see if he'd be willing to hook me up with sum siiick vox!

And thankfully, Pencil Eraser has the ability to put up with my very annoying ocd-ness when it comes to writing the musix... so HUUUUGE thanks to him! you're the c00lest!
