Applejack's Journey #19

This is Ponyville, and the end to Applejack's long and arduous journey. After some years of living there, she feels sort of empty still. It feels like something is missing even though she's finally found home. Then one fateful day, a familiar light-blue pony appears at the barn. After so many years, RD and AJ finally meet again and they apologize to each other. They then hug and Rainbow introduces AJ to Fluttershy, Rainbow's other friend. In due time, Applejack finds Rarity in her own house and says, "Long time no see." "You as well." says Rarity. "It was all thanks to visiting Las Pegasus I was able to get a certain inspiration for some new dresses, and now... well just look at me! I'm well-known fashion designer now!" "Glad to hear that." says AJ. A few months pass and those ponies, including Pinkie Pie, become pretty good friends.

When we reach the time of when Twilight Sparkle becomes their friend, then the time when she becomes a princess, we notice a mischievous draconequus lurking in the shadows...

"What in Equestria?! What is Applejack still doing here?! I didn't destroy those train tracks and lead those fillies in the wrong directions for nothing! She should have vanished! Without even one of them, the Elements of Harmony would have never been brought back together! Darn, I couldn't change her fate..." "What was that just now?" Says Applejack, who noticed Discord and had her friends wait for her to come back. "Did you just say you went into the past to try and git rid a little ol' me? That huge trek wasn't supposed to happen?!" Discord laughs nervously. "Say, uh, Applejack..." He wraps his arm around her. "Look at it as a much-needed experience for you regarding the tests of friendship. You could say that if it wasn't for me, you and Rainbow Dash wouldn't be close, would you?" "Hmm..." Applejack thinks. "I suppose you have a point, but it ain't gonna help your status as a friend anytime soon!" AJ walks off angrily and Discord holds his hands in worry, but she suddenly looks back with a small smile. "But if my previous one didn't involve meeting Rainbow Dash, I wouldn't have it any other way."
