I don't know about you all out there, but I had a very difficult summer. Money troubles, injuries, disappointments, but worst of all: losing a loved one.

Throughout life's unusual course we face unwelcome surprises, but that does not mean we should just fold up and never be happy again! Quite the contrary. Smiling, laughing and acting like a big goof can brighten your mood and may even help others through their dark time.

So, again, show your friends and family some attention! Heck, show yourself some attention. It can help pick you out of the pits and keep you from the morass of modern life.
