Here is the second song in the "Three Songs, Three Fandoms" series, this time based on My Little Pony. This is a song I started composing over a year and a half ago that only came to fruition through an amazing collaborative effort with the incredible Respin. His amazing vocal cutting work and musical prowess made this a blast to create. Also of immeasurable help on the song was Flaminbunny, whose ideas and input helped make the song all it could be.

So, this is my first song about Rainbow Dash! Respin and I wanted to capture the energy of her character while also embracing our respective styles of music, and hopefully we pulled it off! I decided to base the lyrics off of the Season 3 episode "Wonderbolts Academy", in which Rainbow Dash finally has an opportunity to fly for a chance to join the Wonderbolts, but finds herself at odds with the ideology of those she once looked up to. In a way, this reflects the struggles of everyone with a passion; at what point do you have to lose what you were to become what you thought you wanted to be? And should you even do so? Respin let his vocal cutting snippets hearken to this too, through phrases such as "And I'll know never to be you".

The third song, "I Sing to You" was delayed due to a change in backtrack collaboration but will be released shortly! I promise it'll be worth the wait!
