So Celestial Planes, by Ponies at Dawn released the other day, and this tune is a part of that fine collection of music. You should definitely get the whole album, because it's super good music all around.

This tune evolved from thoughts I was having about the experience of flight, mostly from a Rainbow Dash perspective, because I like Rainbow Dash. The title, "Celestial Planes," made me think, perhaps somewhat illogically, of the image of a lone pegasus flying through a massive skyscape. And this tune evokes, for me, that image.

This tune actually samples the show. I will tell whoever can figure out what the sample is that they are pretty cool.
