What was I saying? Oh, yeah. So a while ago, roughly 5 months ago, I started doing a series of GBC-Style remixes for various songs and BGM in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, starting with I'll Fly, and continuing to this day. The only caveat was, they were all in Famitracker, which does not normally support Game Boy Color music. The reason for using Famitracker instead of something like LSDJ was because A) it was not user friendly, B) I'd have to record from the emulator itself, and C) Lazy Trojan is lazy. But recently, I downloaded a program called DefleTracker upon hearing that it could run near-authentic (if not authentic altogether) GBC-quality songs, and messed around with it (the first result can be found here: soundcloud.com/trojanh... To my surprise, it was much easier to use than I expected (although more than a little finicky at first). So the other day I decided to port the entirety of I'll Fly from my pony GBC file to Defletracker as best as I could (there are a few noticeable errors here and there). I think I'm somewhat proud of it, to be honest.
