She is a dark clone of Taralicious and she has every character's powers that Tara Strong voiced as, including Harley Quinn, Juliet Starling, and Bubbles. She considers Twilight a worthy opponent and she wants to battle her for Ponyville. Can Twilight Sparkle defeat Dark Tara and save her town from getting into the wrong hooves?
