I had this tune running around in my head here and there for a couple days. One night, the bassline popped into my head while I was trying to fall asleep. I jumped out of bed, and jotted it down while downloading the stems. All in all, I think the tune came together well.

I used a different cover art from the original, since the original just doesn't suit how the tune comes off to me. It's an uplifting piece, if a bit wistful. I like to think the narrator's entreaties were heard, and the dust was blown off the old friendship in the end. The original cover art doesn't really convey that at all.
